After breakfast we start our day with the visit of Topkapi Saray, the residential palace of Sultans and center of Ottoman Empire. It was finished in 1478, and Hurrem Sultan moved there from the Old Palace after the fire, gave birth to her children, princes Selim, Beyazid, Cehangir and princess Mihrimah. During our visit you will also be able to visit the Harem part of it, where till 500 concubines used to live at the same time.

2 Day: Topkapi Palace - Pargali Ibrahim Pasa Sarayi –Sultan Suleyman Fountain
After breakfast we start our day with the visit of Topkapi Saray, the residential palace of Sultans and center of Ottoman Empire. We continue to Ibrahim Pasa sarayi, used as a residence by Ibrahim Pasa and his family since 1524. After his death the building was used for different reasons, nowadays it is Turkish and Muslim museum.

Today also we visit the Sultan Suleyman fountain and the Sokullu Mehmet Pasa cami, Captain of the Sea during the reign of Sultan Suleyman. Overnight in Istanbul

3 Day: Haseki Sultan Complex – Suleymaniye Mosque – Mihrimah Sultan Mosque
Today we visit the Haseki (Hurrem) Sultan Complex, commissioned by Hurrem Sultan. The complex contained a Friday mosque, a soup-kitchen (imaret), a madrasa, an elementary school (mektep) and a hospital.

The next stop is Suleymaniye mosque, built on the order of Sultan Süleyman. The original complex consisted of the mosque itself, a hospital (darüşşifa), primary school, public baths (hamam), a Caravanserai, four Qur'an schools (medrese), a specialized school for the learning of hadith, a medical college, and a public kitchen (imaret) which served food to the poor. In the garden behind the main mosque there are two mausoleums (türbe) including the tombs of Sultan Suleiman I, his wife Hürrem Sultan (Roxelana) and their daughter Mihrimah Sultan.

The last stop is the Mihrimah Sultan mosque, built by Mimar Sinan for the daughter of Suleyman and Hurrem, Mihrimah. Overnight in Istanbul.

4 Day: Edirne Palace
Today we drive to Edirne, where the 2nd biggest Ottoman palace, after Topkapi, used to be. Suleyman used to stay there as well. There are little remains of this structure; the kitchens where Ottoman palace cuisine was developed have been rebuilt. Today, an area that was once the sultans' private hunting reserve is home to a modern stadium where the famous Kırkpınar oil-wrestling festival is held. We also see the Selimiye mosque there. Overnight in Edirne.

5 Day: Bursa- Muradiye Mosque
We drive to Bursa, the first capital of Ottoman Empire. That’s where Mahidevran Sultan moved after his son, Mustafa Prince’s death. Here we will pass by the place where she spent her last days, now close to the State Hospital.

Then we visit the Muradieye Mosque, which Mehriman Sultan made with her own funds in memory of her son Mustafa, and where her and his tombs are located. Overnight in Bursa.
 
6 Day: Manisa- Sarayi Amire – Ulu Mosque
Today we drive to Manisa, which used to be a “Prince town” that time. Many princes were sent to Manisa province to run it, get educated, get skills in government matters. Mustafa Prince (son of Mahidevran Sultan) and Mehmet Prince (son of Hurrem sultan) were Grand viziers there in different periods of time Unfortunately only the name of the Manisa Palace left, it was called Sarayi Amire. Now there is Fatih complex and park there. We will visit here old historical houses, old mint factory, Lodge of Mevlevi dervishes, and Ulu mosque. Overnight in Manisa .

7 Day: Izmir – Amasya castle – Sultan Beyazid complex
Today we drive to Izmir airport to take flight to Amasya, where one of the biggest places used to be, Begler Sarayi , what Mustafa Prince used to run. Not many things to see left regarding the Palace, we will visit the Amasya castle, stone graveyard, and Sultan Beyazid complex. Overnight in Amasya.

8 Day: Sivas – Meliki Acem tombs
Today we drive to Sivas, here we will visit the Meliki Acem tomb of Beyazid Prince and his sons, killed by Sultan Suleyman during the throne fight between Selim and Beyazid. Flight to Istanbul.
